Buried Pigs with Moros is an exhibition that explored the life of myths about how to quell Islamic insurgents that emerged form the first American war against Muslims—the Moro Rebellion of the early 20th century. Coco Fusco creates a centerpiece of disembodied performances (presented as a digital display with audio) dramatizing an actual transcript of a lecture that was given at a military university in the United States in 2005. This exhibition premiered at The Project Gallery, New York in 2008.
