Valeska Soares' in-situ sound installation in collaboration with O Grivo. Through the use of these varied mediums of sculpture, photography and installation, Soares explores themes of time and its passage, the history of art, manifestations of love and human subjectivity in all its forms. Her site specific collaborative work with O Grivo is loosely inspired by that moment before a concert or performance where the audience silences itself by shushing each other and in doing so generating a wave of sound that ripples through the space.
