Coco Fusco met Delfina Rodriguez, a maquiladora worker who had been accused by her employer of trying to start a union in the plant where she worked, on a research trip to Tijuana, Mexico in 1993. Dolores from 10 to 10 recreates what surveillance cameras may have seen in a locked room where Rodriguez was held by her manager without food, water, bathroom or phone for twelve hours, so she could be forced into resigning.
