Through careful selection of materials and forms, White Hawk's public commissions expand her studio work into monumental civic statements. These sculptures and installations place Indigenous aesthetics in venues long dominated by Western artistic traditions, creating space for cross-cultural dialogue and public education. By positioning tribal forms where they have been systematically excluded, these works further White Hawk's ongoing effort to show how Indigenous creativity has always been fundamental to American cultural identity.
